Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your order is packed with care.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer a variety of shipping options to get your sunless skincare to you when you need it. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: $6.95 (Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: $24.95 (Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all domestic orders over $50.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
International Shipping
At this time, MSK Labs only ships within the United States. We are working hard on the science to bring our clean tanning technology globally soon!
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are formulated with clinically informed skincare actives, we want you to experience the true benefits of our clean tanning technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, we are here to help.
Our Return Window
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Empty bottles or products used are not eligible for a refund.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at hello@msklabs.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
Damaged or Defective Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@msklabs.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
