Prep & Apply
Start with clean, dry, completely bare skin—no lotions, oils or skincare. A little goes a long way, so apply in small amounts and blend evenly from neck to toes with your tanning mitt. Use whatever’s left on hands and feet.

Build Your Color
The longer The Quickie stays, the deeper it gets. Leave on for 30 minutes to 8 hours, depending on how serious you want this to become.

Rinse & Reveal
Rinse, then let your color keep developing for another 8–12 hours. The Quickie may be fast, but the results know how to stick around.
Before you get glowing
How fast does it develop, and how do I control the depth?
Depth depends on how long you leave it on before rinsing: 30 min–1 hr for light, 2–3 hrs for medium, 4–5 hrs for dark, 6–8 hrs for extra dark. After you rinse, color continues to develop for another 8–12 hours
Will it look orange or streaky?
Nope — this is a streak-free zone. Vegetable-derived DHA + erythrulose give a natural tone. If you see unevenness before you rinse, don't worry, it may just be the bronzers spreading, it evens out post rinse. For the smoothest result: apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin, and blend in sections with a mitt.
How do I apply it?
Apply to clean, dry skin in small amounts using a tanning mitt. Blend from the neck down, using only the leftover gel on hands and feet. Rinse after 1–8 hours depending on how deep you want to go.
How do I prep my skin?
Start with clean, dry skin. Exfoliate a few hours before or the day before. Avoid heavy lotions, oils, deodorant, perfume, and anything with mineral oils right before applying.
Is it good for sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Yes. The gel formula is non-comedogenic and gentler for acne-prone and sensitive skin. It's also packed with skincare actives — niacinamide, lactic acid, squalane, and hyaluronic acid. Patch test before first use.
How long does it last, and how many uses per tube?
The tan lasts 5–10 days depending on prep and aftercare. One tube gives about 5 full-body applications — more if you're only tanning legs, arms, or your chest.
How do I remove the tan?
It fades gradually. To speed it up, gently exfoliate in the shower with a mitt or scrub on drier areas.
What's the difference vs The Night Affair?
The Quickie is an express body gel with a higher level of tanning agents and customizable depth. The Night Affair is a gentle overnight mask for the face. Different depths!

So far, so good. Color could be deeper, but I've never used a self tanner with less odor (even the day after you can barely smell it🙌🏼). The facial tanner gives a nice subtle glow too! Will purchase again!

I’ve been a loyal client of MSK NY since the very beginning, so when Mishel launched The Night Affair and The Quickie, I knew I had to try them. The Night Affair feels like the softest, most luxurious moisturizer and smells incredible. It glides on effortlessly, and even with my acne-prone skin, I’ve never seen such a smooth, healthy glow. BEGINNER FRIENDLY!!! I put on The Quickie before an event and was going to cross my fingers it came out nicely. Not only was I GLOWING but the tan continued to develop at the party. I got so many compliments. I finally found a self-tanner with no streaks, doesn’t fade patchy and it goes on your skin so smoothly. My favorite aspect of the products were the effects it had on my skin. I have had Keratosis Polaris on the back of my arms my whole life and yet this self tanner (and following proper moisturizing instructions) has nearly cleared it up entirely. I am truly blown away.

As a very pale girly, this product is amazing. I now use it every week to keep the tan going. I love that it doesn’t streak as it fades, it smells divine! Easy application with the glove. It doesn’t transfer to any of my clothes. It doesn’t make you look orange at all. 10/10 I cannot recommend this product enough to friends and family.
Theres enough product for maybe 3 uses. Way over priced for what you get.
